Residential Inventory Service

Most landlords require tenants to pay a deposit as a condition of letting their property.
The deposit acts as security against non-payment of rent or damage to the property.

An inventory list is a complete report detailing the property,  furniture and fittings provided in your home as well as their conditions at the time of the inventory check.

Having an inventory can help prevent disputes about the deposit at the end of the tenancy. It’s best to have an inventory that is compiled by an independent, impartial and unbiased inventory clerk who will record in great detail the conditions of the home at the time of the home inspection.
